At the A Time to Deepen: Reimagine, Redefine, and Realign retreat, Edward Miller, founder of SoulTranSync, brought a grounded and heart-centered energy to the community through his skillful facilitation of spiritual tools rooted in ancient wisdom and present-moment awareness.
A seasoned practitioner of meditative practices and non-dual inquiry, Ed introduced retreatants to Ho‘oponopono, a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. This simple yet profound four-step process consists of four affirmations—“I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”—used to clear energetic blocks, restore harmony, and return to inner peace. Through guided meditation, Ed offered not only the history of Ho‘oponopono, but also the personal and relational transformation it can bring when practiced with intention.
In a deeply moving Inner Child Workshop, Ed also guided participants into reconnection with the beauty, innocence, and wisdom of their own inner child. With gentle facilitation and space for creative exploration, he helped retreatants release patterns of self-judgment and rediscover their innate capacity for joy, curiosity, and emotional honesty.
Ed’s offerings served as both balm and catalyst—inviting each participant to return home to the self with compassion and clarity. His presence at the retreat reinforced the truth that healing is not only possible, but already underway when we choose to listen inward.
